It's just my size...

It's a bit ironic that a girl who isn't big on wine finds herself in grape country.  I usually can't drink a whole bottle before it turns from oxidation, so I was thinking I'd have to do all my wine-drinking in restaurants.  Never fear: French practicality to the rescue!

You buy these in cartons of four. Half a bottle is just my speed, and I can try out different types of wine without breaking the bank and letting it go to waste. (This rosé is yummy. See? That's the kind of wine-critic I am -- no guff about the nose or notes or whatever. Just yummy.)

You used to be able to buy tiny bottles like this as one-offs in Ontario, but I guess they weren't good enough sellers. They should consider doing it again. This is good.

(That wine glass, by the way, is the lone wine glass in the apartment. I guess previous tenants had a smashing good time here. (See what I did there?))
