Out like a seriously cranky lion: Errandonnées #6-10

The penultimate day of both March and the Errandonnée saw me go through 4 errands and 4 seasons. If one of the seasons was a really cold summer. I might be stretching the imagery a bit.

Errandonnee the sixth: carting rain boots, purse, labs, tests, 2 laptops, fabric, patterns, scissors, pins... oh, and tea, of course. Category: you carried WHAT? Distance: 6.1 km Obs: I wish I would remember to use the bungee net on the front basket so the boots were a little more secure. #errandonnee

This is actually a fairly standard bike haul. I need to acquire a canoe.

Errand the seventh: picking up a thing from my brother. Category: personal business. Distance: 6.5 km Obs: I really like the protected bike lanes on Richmond & miss them when I have to consort with the common vehicular rabble. #errandonnee

Literacy test day means I had a slightly more flexible schedule and could take time in the middle of the day to pick up something at P2's place of work. Which is a really lovely building -- it's on stilts! -- and may feature in MMM this year. The rain boots were useful since it had started to rain.

Errand the eighth: getting more storage for my phone. Category: Store Distance: 1.7 km Obs: Do you see the driving snow in this shot? DO YOU?! #errandonnee

After school, I stopped by BB and Canadian Tire to pick up some stuff and the weather had taken an abrupt turn: horizontal driving snow. Gah.

Errand the ninth: picking up some light entertainment. Category: Arts & Entertainment Distance: 7 km Obs: From so. much. snow. to ... meh. #errandonnee

The snow had abated somewhat when I went off to the library form my next two errands (a wee bit of cheating here to get all the categories in). The Errandonnée and library are entwined for me.

Errand the tenth: library Category: non-store errand. Distance: 1.1 km Obs: the Errandonnee is pretty much my yearly reminder to renew my library card. #errandonnee
