There was much humidity this week, resulting in massive amounts of frizz. And the wearing of things I made went on. One thing I've really noticed is that I need more separates. As usual, the prompts provide some hint for the Where in Toronto is PhysicsGirl guessing game, and better hints are in the mouse-overs. Alone
Lovely holiday, spent all alone since the DC had to work. I'm wearing my Math Cheat tank and brand-spanking new rhumba earrings.

The only me-made I'm wearing are these earrings, which are what I'm sad to say are called rhumba earrings. They didn't quite turn out the way I'd hoped; I made the inner jump rings too small, so the whole thing lies flat instead of being more cluster-like.

Free
Once again, I matched the outfit to the prompt by wearing things made from free patterns. Top to bottom, I'm wearing my Chunky fluorite/aquamarine chandelier earrings, my new SwoonPatterns' scarf-neck cardigan, my blueberry Sorbetto hack, and my new Lekala jeans skirt with spiral gores, at that point not quite finished. I will blog the new parts of this outfit here -- I'm just waiting to take detailed pictures.

Black + white
What an unfortunate prompt for Roisin's wedding day! Naturally, I wore That Million Dolly Look dress. It has writing on it. Black and white, too. I also wore the Swoon scarf-neck cardigan and some earrings which are technically me-made but are really just some silver bubble shapes that I attached to ear wires.

Sunrise
Oh yes, we got up at a ridiculously early hour to take a picture of the sunrise. This isn't where we planned to go originally, but I'm really happy we came here. I'm wearing my black sesame Sorbetto and Timeless Teardrop earrings.
That evening we went out to celebrate J's birthday, and I kept the earrings on and wore the white skirt I made for last year's Dîner en Blanc.

No towel, alas. The DC promised to take me out for brunch today, which was only fair since I dragged him out of bed very early yesterday. Wait... what? Anyway, I'm wearing my Lekala jeans skirt again, this time finished with topstitching and everything.
